Role Overview:

The Cascades Neopolis, one of Hyderabad's most distinguished residential real estate projects, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and elevate our brand to new heights.

As a visionary leader, you will bring a wealth of experience in sales leadership within the residential real estate sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious project and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

Sales Channel Leadership

- Lead the sales function across multiple channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Pipeline Growth & Market Positioning

- Drive the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and strategically positioning the project in a competitive market.

Sales Process Oversight

- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring the team is equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to achieve maximum performance.

Forecasting & Reporting

- Implement robust forecasting and reporting systems, providing real-time insights on sales progress and market trends.

Team Development & Management

- Build and manage a high-performing, results-driven sales team, focusing on continuous development, coaching, and motivation.

Client & Investor Relations

- Develop strong relationships with key investors, clients, and industry leaders, enhancing the project's visibility and credibility.

Market Sentiment & Strategy Adjustment

- Monitor customer feedback and market sentiment, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to support the overall business objectives.

Sales Technology & CRM Utilization

- Champion the use of CRM tools and sales technologies to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
