Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compliance-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounts, financial operations, paired with a sharp eye for detail and regulatory knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections. They will also ensure timely and accurate group reporting in IFS, aligning local financial data with corporate reporting requirements.
Additionally, the individual will oversee statutory compliance, including TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and return filings. They will handle foreign inward, outward remittances, with complete documentation and accuracy.
The finance expert will maintain books of accounts till finalization and manage audits, including FEMA compliance. They will also manage import, export transactions, coordinating with C&F agencies and logistics partners.
Requirements include 6-7 years of experience in accounts, finance, and compliance. A MCom, MBA Finance, CA, or CMA qualification is required, along with proven expertise.
A strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit processes, statutory requirements, and FEMA compliance is essential. Hands-on experience with import-export operations and external agency coordination is also necessary.
Strong English communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues globally.
