Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • You will handle computations and filing of GST, TDS & Income Tax Returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of preparing financial statements, tax audit & statutory audit, and conduct thorough reviews.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring seamless transition and accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting, applying your knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Assist senior management in decision-making by preparing budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Collect and summarize account information, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Publish financial statements on time, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, highlighting any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Ensure overall compliance with all group companies' regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting software, including TALLY, and advanced Excel skills using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Solid understanding of GST & Income Tax Laws, with the ability to apply your knowledge in a practical context.
