This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring seamless administration, security, and facility services.
Key responsibilities include managing supplies, contracts, and vendor invoices to maintain compliance standards. Additionally, you will play a vital role in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
Service Delivery Excellence
The primary focus of this role is on driving continuous improvement, resolving operational issues effectively, and ensuring achievement of key performance metrics (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Regular routine service audits are conducted to maintain team performance and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, hotel management, or building management. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related operations is required, along with a strong understanding of property operations and occupational safety standards.
You should possess excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to manage teams and implement operational improvement plans. Problem-solving, multitasking, and client-service orientation are essential skills for this position.
