About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of Generative AI innovation, working on cutting-edge digital products and AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with technology groups, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generative AI Solutions: Develop advanced prompt engineering for Generative AI applications to address business challenges and improve user experiences.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the product vision and strategic roadmap for AI and digital products, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Backlog Management: Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing features and tasks for efficient and impactful delivery.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing efforts across all project phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective defect resolution.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Apply design thinking and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability and customer experience.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to best practices and Agile principles.
  • Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with innovation centers to develop and incubate AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in developing Generative AI applications and prompt engineering.
  • Deep understanding of Agile processes and principles, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
