About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and empathetic Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our company. In this role, you will use outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage prospects, setting appointments and driving lead generation efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in Web3 sectors, including Blockchain, AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, and Gaming
  • Expand business growth through networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Twitter outreach
  • Source and engage clients via direct contact, email marketing, and collaboration with the marketing team
  • Conduct daily outreach on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, focusing on the US, Canada, and UK markets
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts for outreach initiatives
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and submit regular outreach reports to the Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with management to meet and exceed lead generation goals


Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, IoT, Blockchain, Web3) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator; familiarity with Twitter outreach is a plus
  • Excellent written English communication and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand competitor strategies and analyze consumer behavior
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
