Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supplier quality management efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing supplier quality strategies, policies, and risk management processes.
  • The ideal candidate will lead supplier qualification, selection, and approval in alignment with regulatory requirements, conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Additionally, they will oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in supplier quality management, auditing, and regulatory compliance, including expertise in GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management, root cause analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in supplier quality assurance, preferably in pharma/medical devices/regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/13485, GMP, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
