Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and upgrade projects for a prominent international client.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless project management and developing comprehensive project plans.
  • A deep understanding of the Dynamics 365/SAP platform and lifecycle functionality is essential, including modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, manufacturing(SCM), procurement, Sales, Customer Service or others.
  • Mandatory experience in pharmaceuticals, including GxP validation/regulatory, is also required.

The successful candidate will facilitate requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning while ensuring alignment between business requirements and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365/SAP platform and lifecycle functionality.
  • Experience with modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, manufacturing(SCM), procurement, Sales, Customer Service or others.
  • GxP validation/regulatory experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
