Agricultural Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
This key role is focused on spearheading new business development initiatives under our Farmer Financing product. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring sales officers and collaborating with peers in other business groups to drive growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, customer analysis, and trend identification to understand needs in focus Agri Value Chains.
- Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy and penetration strategy in focus Agri Value Chains.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships on FF activities, providing desired support to line teams and corporate entities to achieve RIG penetration on mandates, activation, and FF assets.
- Product Development: Provide customer-level inputs on new product requirements and assist in customizing corporate requirements.
- Asset Development: Develop FF Assets by coordinating with corporate RM's on memo limit setup, repayments, and FF team on farmer-level documents.
- Internal Support: Develop rapport with internal support teams for limit approvals, disbursements, and repayments of assets.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Agri Value Chain by interacting with leading industry players like corporations and associations.
- Cross-Selling: Generate leads for retail asset liability digital products.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Full-time graduation and experience in working capital sales.
