Regulatory Expert Lead - Product Stewardship

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member to lead our Inside Registration Expert team.

This position is responsible for ensuring the marketability of our products in regulated countries, specifically in EMEA. The expert advises sales and other functions on chemical regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage registration projects, considering the global registration strategy.
  • Plan, manage, prepare, and submit substance registration dossiers.
  • Advise the business on potential strategies, manage consortia representation, and communications under REACH-like regulations.
  • Contribute to relationships with national associations and authority activities, follow developments, and support other Product Stewardship pillars.

The position will be located in India. We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Over 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A chemistry background.
  • Understanding of worldwide chemical regulatory frameworks, particularly EU and UK REACH.
  • Basic knowledge in Toxicology/Ecotoxicology/Phys-Chem and Analytic.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with business functions and customers.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated teamwork in an international environment.
  • Flexible, non-bureaucratic style working collaboratively across the company.
