Job Title: Lead - Strategy and Policy

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy.

  • You will work closely with senior leadership to frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact position requiring a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across various ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the CRO in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong policy, legal, and regulatory acumen in telecom and digital industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to create compelling arguments in both technical and non-technical language.
