Analytical Business Intelligence Developer

You will be an integral part of our Global Procurement division's Data Analytics team, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the standard procurement insights platform, dbPi, and its entire suite of analytical offerings.
- Support stakeholders by deciphering their requirements, challenging assumptions when necessary, and developing tailored solutions using appropriate tools and visualization techniques.
- Lead small project teams in delivering analytics-driven change initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for change requests within the existing analytical product dashboard, from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive automation and Clean Data initiatives, including the deployment of rules engines, data quality checks on Google Cloud, and integrating procurement data sources into GCP.
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Office to migrate data infrastructure layers, ETL processes, and other related systems to Google Cloud Platform, promoting seamless data integration and management.
- Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Sciences degree or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Advanced Analytics, Data Visualization, and Data Science is a plus.
- Natural aptitude for numbers and strong quantitative logical thinking skills.
- Experience working with Google Cloud and cross-functional teams to enable data source and process migration to GCP.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Adaptability to emerging technologies like Machine Learning and AI to drive innovation.
- Procurement experience useful, but not essential, across vendor management, sourcing, risk, contracts, and purchasing in a global and complex environment.
