Key Roles and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this position is to manage the operational aspects of our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing various activities, including:

  • Interoffice Communication: Facilitate regular correspondence with clients and prospects.
  • Employee Scheduling: Coordinate employee work schedules and process salary payments.
  • Expense Management: Oversee petty cash management, banking, and expense vouchers.
  • Purchase Orders: Procure necessary supplies and materials.

Additionally, the incumbent will provide customer support by collaborating with clients, partners, and sending emails and phone calls. They will also take orders from clients, track online dispatches, and explain the onboarding process to new clients.

As part of daily planning, the incumbent will delegate tasks to supporting staff and make purchases as needed. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
