Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role focuses on business growth as we expand.

  • Manage staff rosters and oversee facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors, handle inventory and cash/POS management, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs to streamline operations across locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations; ensure on-time opening/closing and smooth shift handovers.
  • Maintain court readiness and facility hygiene; drive preventive maintenance with vendors.
  • Own booking systems and occupancy management. Maximize utilization.
  • Cash/POS reconciliation, and basic reporting.
  • Manage inventory & procurement (rackets, balls, grips, accessories); eliminate stock-outs.
  • Coordinate coaching schedules, clinics, and trials with coaches and partners.
  • Support F&B partners (where applicable) to maintain service and hygiene standards.
  • Plan and execute tournaments/events end-to-end: checklists, staffing, logistics, vendor setups.
  • Handle customer escalations on-site and via phone; close issues quickly.
  • Ensure safety & compliance (basic first-aid readiness, incident logs, equipment checks).
  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and weekly MIS dashboards for leadership.
  • Assist with new-site setup: vendor onboarding, handover checklists, and go-live readiness.
