Process Excellence Lead, Stp Helpdesk

The Global Process Steward - Source to Pay (STP) Helpdesk will oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of processes to support STP stakeholders across the enterprise.

About the Role:
  • Establish a global process architecture for operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic transformation programs.
  • Advance the Source to Pay vision to achieve optimal stakeholder experiences, operational excellence, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the Helpdesk and Indirect STP end-to-end process strategy, roadmap, and design while fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Design and update existing processes within respective areas and present them to Process Leaders and Councils for approval.
