We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the planning and execution of tours. As a tour and travel executive, you will be responsible for crafting unique itineraries that cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tour plans, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and tailor-made itineraries that exceed expectations
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and high-quality products
  • Manage tour operations, including transportation, accommodations, and activity coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve tour offerings and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tour planning and management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field is preferred
