Job Title: Senior Rewards and Performance Expert

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our global talent, reward and culture team in the human resources department. As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems
  • Lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting and possess exceptional communication and consultative skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced level MS Excel skills
  • Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high level of integrity and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
