Treasury Manager

  • Our Treasury team plays a critical role in driving business growth by effectively managing financial risks and ensuring optimal liquidity.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee Treasury and Cash Management operations, ensure timely and accurate responses to Margin Calls, and support Securities Lending transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Treasury with domain/finance knowledge, expertise in Collateral management and financing agreements, and experience in securities lending and borrowing.
  • A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, and hands-on experience with VBA macros/Python are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity through effective forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio dynamics to identify causes for change in liquidity.
  • Implement end-to-end margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on special projects, develop reports, specifications, and product implementation.
  • Enhance knowledge on client platform and industry through continuous learning and professional development.
