About the Role
As a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of business experience in operation management or project management capacity, you will lead our Trade Finance & Lending Ops team in Bangalore. This critical role demands strong communication skills, effective decision-making, and leadership abilities to manage a team size of 25+ FTE or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of sourced transaction processing for a particular country/region or a set of countries/regions.
- Stakeholder management across multiple internal clients, process groups, and locations.
- Candidate should have a strong background in Trade finance and/or Lending Operations.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction while keeping errors and operational risks under control.
- Drive Efficiency Gain related projects through various initiatives / changes.
Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of business experience in operation management or project management capacity.
- Strong background in Trade finance and/or Lending Operations, managing team size of 25+ FTE or more.
- Effective decision making and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables / projects that are highly visible and of strategic importance to our clients.

Compensation Package
