Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Trade and Receivables Finance team as a Trade Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for driving operational performance, delivering superior customer service, and managing operational resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities- To enable the growth of our market share and maximize net profitability from our customer portfolio.
- To deliver excellent customer service and provide top-quality trade services/solutions to customers.
- Monitor service quality standards and set benchmarks for high performance.
- Manage operational resources effectively to meet strategic objectives.
- Support key organizational strategic initiatives to help operationalize product development and business improvements.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in trade products, operations, trade cycle, and customer service.
- Good understanding of customer groups and supporting business initiatives.
- At least 5-7 years of experience at supervisory level.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizing and time management skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The company offers a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
