Oracle Fusion Financials Lead Job Overview\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules\
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs\
  • Define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training\
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and technology\
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge sharing materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to educate clients and colleagues on best practices in financial management and technology\
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss progress, address concerns, and align on priorities\
  • Act as a subject matter expert on financial management and technology to provide guidance and support to colleagues and clients\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes\
  • Provide input on new initiatives and projects that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives\
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making\
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to ensure that clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use Oracle Fusion financial systems\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role\
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting\
  • Proven track record of implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines\
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA\
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays\
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal\
  • Additional languages are an asset\
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is an asset\
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud is an asset\
