Senior Graphic Designer

We are a globally recognized brand that values elegance, simplicity and purpose in all our products and experiences. We seek an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts and define the visual identity of our brand.

  • Develop visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand values.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for design and be able to create work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic and classy, communicating effectively with a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content and product teams to develop creative solutions that align with our brand strategy and tone.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow while ensuring the highest standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, and apply them where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled, proactive and organized with a natural sense of aesthetic balance. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is beneficial.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating our brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
