Job Title: Senior Brand Creative Specialist

About this role:

As a key member of our global marketing team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creative expertise in visual storytelling across multiple formats.

Leading the creative line, you will ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality visual content from concept to final asset. This involves overseeing creative output across various platforms, as well as executing video projects that require editing, scripting, and motion design skills.

With approximately 60% of your time dedicated to leading the creative line and 40% focused on executing video projects, this hybrid role is ideal for a creative professional with strong ownership and executional abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create brand-aligned visual assets.
  • Own and evolve visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
  • Review and refine creative deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Video Content Creation:
  • Plan, script, and produce video formats such as product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.
  • Operate across the full video production lifecycle, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
Good to Have:
  • Prior experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and how design impacts engagement.
  • Familiarity with collaborative design platforms like Figma or Frame.io.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding creative peers, even without direct reports.
