The ideal candidate possesses outstanding creative vision and skills, having delivered impressive results on prominent projects. They effectively execute design projects by upholding high standards of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with product marketing teams to conceptualize and produce captivating artwork across digital and print formats.
  2. Project Execution: Be responsible for producing creative work efficiently, demonstrating the ability to independently execute ideas from concept through final output.
  3. Concept Development: Plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors and partner schools' brand guidelines.
  4. Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner school guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
