IT Project Manager Position

This role oversees the management of IT projects and portfolio governance.

The successful candidate will ensure effective execution of all IT projects by enforcing project management frameworks and overseeing the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building a robust IT project management office, unlocking real business value, and solving complex problems with a collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for IT project processes, including planning, governance, methodology framework, and resource capacity management.
  • Implement project management standards and practices across the IT project portfolio.
  • Mentor and supervise project managers and coordinators to drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyse project proposals to determine timelines, funding, and required processes.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project teams through all project phases.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in complex IT project management.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Background in Business Analysis.
