Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Portfolio Manager. As a key member of our Securities Finance team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing group of professionals who support portfolio evaluation, borrower reviews, and client metrics.

Your primary objectives will include driving process management excellence, ensuring seamless SL trade support, and overseeing performance management, team development, and internal controls.

You will also be expected to deliver data extraction and client portfolio analysis using PowerBI and MS Access, providing valuable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Manage team workload, staffing, and performance across Securities Finance operations.
  2. Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance, risk controls, and support business continuity initiatives.
  3. Process Innovation: Provide process innovation, data-driven insights, and MI for senior management.
  4. Stakeholder Relationships: Build stakeholder relationships with Front Offices, Middle Offices, and external borrowers.
