Responsibilities
  • Drive daily sales performance by building strong relationships with team members.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring target achievement and providing guidance on sales strategies.
  • Promote online and distance learning programs to aspirants, highlighting the benefits of remote education.
  • Analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and improve overall productivity.
  • Implement innovative sales initiatives to strengthen the team's capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the education sales industry.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Ability to self-motivate and achieve targets.
  • Passion for sales with a competitive mindset.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
