Job Opportunity: Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Project Manager to lead IT and Managed Services projects. This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and governance models.
  • Driving SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Developing and maintaining 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in Project Management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
