Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our QA team and oversee the testing of mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands, as well as strong leadership skills.

The role involves managing a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and optimizing QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of QA engineers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar QA tools
