Quality Assurance Specialist

As a seasoned quality professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence at a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in the quality function of the real estate industry, with a proven track record of handling senior roles.
You will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality policy, objectives, manual, procedures, risk assessment, and other quality-related initiatives. This includes:
- Developing methodologies and plans for all activities in coordination with site managers
- Performing inspections using software or manual methods
- Collaborating with service providers for effective performance on quality fronts
- Leading the quality team across various aspects, including personnel allocation and interview processes
- Managing periodic site audits, nonconformity management, rework/debit systems, and quality surveillance processes
- Establishing lessons learned, data management, and statistical reporting to top management
- Providing support for certification and maintaining documentation
