Creative Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to drive our marketing efforts and achieve results. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, developing effective marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging video and static ad creatives that captivate audiences
  • Create and optimize funnels in Webflow to enhance user experience and conversion rates
  • Manage client visual identity projects, ensuring consistency and professionalism
  • Compose nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and track analytics to optimize performance
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Behance
  • Research and write long- and short-form content to educate and engage target audiences
  • Edit high-quality videos that resonate with viewers
  • Develop and launch e-books and other lead magnet resources to capture leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with SEO partners to optimize landing pages and maximize traffic using AI-SEO
  • Set up pixels, heat maps, and run data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar
  • Document all efforts in a centralized dashboard to ensure accountability and measurability
