Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing expert guidance and feedback.
  • Stay at the pinnacle of design trends, tools, and industry standards to maintain cutting-edge creative output.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • The ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
