
Business Operations Manager

The Human Resources and Administration professional plays a pivotal role in overseeing all administrative functions and employee relations within the organization.
This dynamic individual must handle multiple tasks, support company operations, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversees recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conducts new employee orientations and ensures proper onboarding processes.
- Administration and Coordination: Oversees administrative staff and coordinates their activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Coordinates and manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Policies and Procedures: Develops and implements office policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Correspondence and Record Keeping: Handles correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Assists in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Employee Records and Relations: Manages employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Develops and implements HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Handles employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discretion and Accuracy: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
