Academic Leadership Position in Film Production

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the academic programs in film production, directing, and screenwriting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement academic programs that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Curriculum Management: Ensure curriculum is aligned with industry needs and regulations.
  • Faculty Support: Mentor and evaluate faculty members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Student Engagement: Foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment that promotes student success and participation in film-related activities.
  • Industry Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, production houses, and film organizations to enhance program relevance and career opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in academic administration, operations, or a related field is essential.

Key skills include excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with academic management software.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also highly valued.
