Immigration Paralegal Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an integral member of our immigration firm, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation and submission of complex immigration cases.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A minimum of three years of immigration experience is required, preferably with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Reporting: Report case progressions and status to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaising with Government Agencies: Liaise with government agencies including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of State.
  • Supporting Lawyers: Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong case management skills.
  • A minimum of three years of immigration experience, preferably with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are highly desirable.
