We are seeking an experienced writer to develop high-quality project descriptions and case studies that showcase client outcomes and align with scoring criteria.

  • Develop engaging project narratives and structured write-ups that integrate metrics, roles, methods, and benefits.
  • Translate RFP evaluation criteria into compelling project write-ups and collaborate with proposal teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Interview PMs/SMEs to capture scope, approach, innovations, schedule/budget adherence, and measured outcomes.
  • Author and edit 1-2 page project sheets, ensuring compliance with page limits, font/margin rules, and tab naming.
  • Maintain evidence tables (references, KPIs, safety metrics, awards) and cross-check against compliance matrices.
  • Collaborate with Graphics on infographics, timelines, maps, and process visuals that reinforce the narrative.
  • Perform quality checks and coordinate color reviews, incorporating consolidated comments and finalizing for production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Engineering/Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience writing A/E/C project narratives and SOQ content.
  • Expert writing and editing ability to synthesize technical detail into client-outcome language.
  • Proficiency with MS Word/PowerPoint, working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and shared content libraries.
