Creative Leadership Role

  • Lead Creative Vision: Develop and drive the creative strategy across brand, design, content, social media, PR, motion graphics, and events.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Create and execute high-impact campaigns that integrate digital, ATL, BTL, social media, and events.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of designers, content creators, video editors, and social media specialists.
  • Narrative Development: Translate business goals into compelling narratives, copy, visual stories, and brand expressions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in agency + in-house brand roles.
  • Background: Account Manager turned Brand/Creative Strategist or design/content leader with brand ownership experience.
  • Success Factors: Proven success in building and leading creative teams and delivering high-impact brand campaigns.
