About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Motion Graphics Designer to craft captivating animations that bring our story to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create motion-driven visuals for UI, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
  • Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools, ensuring quality from concept to final render.
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enrich visual craftsmanship.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.
Essential Technical Skills:
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Rive; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
  • Design Foundations: Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation), typography, colour, layout, and motion design best practices.
