Elevate User Experience as a Lead Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team and elevate the user experience of our consumer app.
- Design Leadership & Strategy: Drive design direction, champion emotional design, and maintain a consistent design language across the app.
- User-Centered Experience Design: Craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for our consumer app, ensuring seamless navigation and delightful interactions.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct thorough user research to deeply understand consumer behavior, pain points, and preferences.
- Prototyping & Visual Design: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma that bring ideas to life.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts with real users and refine the user experience.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior designers on the team, providing guidance on design best practices and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience in quick commerce or e-commerce domains is a significant plus.
- Master of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and psychology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within constraints.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to guide junior designers.
