About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain healthy client relationships by providing regular updates and insights
  • Handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing (preferably in advertising/digital/marketing agencies)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
