  • Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Specialist
  • Location: PAN India
Job Description:

As a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.

You will implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

You will develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.

You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.

You will perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

You will integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.

You will stay up-to-date with ServiceNow ITOM best practices and industry trends.

You will conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.

Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.

In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
