The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful engagement of partner resources, external labor, and contingent workforce solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including delivery teams and senior leadership, to identify and meet business needs through the effective management of external labor resources.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring that contractual commitments are met, and providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and utilization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take on a challenging and dynamic role in a fast-paced environment.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partner relationship management, process operations, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing external labor contracts and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Aptitude for working independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
