
Salesforce Transformation Lead

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Salesforce implementation project.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash processes is essential, with a focus on the real-estate sector or large B2B/B2C clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash process flows for our client. This includes managing deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys, and Customer 360.
The transformation expert will also oversee SAP integrations and enable AI-driven tools and WhatsApp/chat solutions within Salesforce. As the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, they will manage project governance, delivery timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and client-facing capabilities, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and delivery.
- Design and oversee CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash process flows.
- Manage deployments across various Salesforce clouds.
- Oversee SAP integrations and AI-driven tools.
- Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- At least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SFMC, and SAP integration.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
