  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Design and oversee CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash process flows for clients.
  • Manage deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, and Customer 360.
  • Oversee integrations and enable AI-driven tools and chat solutions within Salesforce.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing project governance, delivery timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Provide leadership to internal and client-side teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and success of the transformation.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments, with proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in the B2B/B2C sector.
  • Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SFMC, Customer 360, and integration.
  • Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce features and chat integrations.
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities; able to work in fast-paced environments.
