Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Associate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a challenging position and make a real impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To originate and develop structured transactions with financial sponsors in India, leveraging expertise in deal origination, structuring, and execution.
  • To analyze and execute sponsor and leverage finance investments across various capital structures, ensuring seamless integration with our business strategy.
  • To participate in all stages of investment decision-making, including idea generation, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education/Preferred Qualifications:

An MBA degree from a premier institute is highly desirable.

Core Competencies:

  • The ability to conduct financial and credit analysis, developing and analyzing financial models for financing.
  • A strong understanding and interpretation of financial reports and key financing terms/covenants.
  • Experience in financial modeling will be preferred.
  • Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage expectations/deadlines.
  • Superior written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
