Senior Operations Manager

This position oversees end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes, ensuring timely and accurate reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with stakeholders to meet SLA requirements on timeliness and quality.
  • Develop strategies to automate manual reports using SQL DB and Power BI solutions.
  • Implement new technologies in operations, including creating codes on DW and using FTP to transfer files.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations on back-office operations.
  • Create data models and dashboards.
  • Optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows.
  • Validate the accuracy of data in reports, analytics, and dashboards.

Skill Requirements:

  • Effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Data analysis and strategy development.
  • Technical skills in SQL DB, Power BI, DW, and FTP.
  • Presentation and report writing skills.
  • Data modeling and dashboard creation.
  • BI Dashboard optimization and maintenance.
