Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for multiple teams and workstreams.

You will coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities. Additionally, you will promote a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team and across workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, expertise in using Jira for Agile project management, and a detailed understanding of Jira features such as Epics, Stories, Tasks, Sub-tasks, and linking issues for effective project tracking.

They will also have the ability to generate and interpret Jira reports like burndown charts, velocity reports, and sprint health dashboards to monitor team performance. A strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and other tools like Confluence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to meet project objectives
  • Promote a collaborative and adaptable team culture
  • Manage and oversee all upcoming releases and ensure timely production deployments
  • Report on project progress and provide accurate updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Expertise in using Jira for Agile project management
  • Detailed understanding of Jira features and reporting capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
