Experienced Agile Project Manager

A seasoned Agile Practitioner is required to spearhead a software development team's transition to effective Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to the Scrum Team, facilitate key Agile ceremonies, and ensure the team remains focused on their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Expected to be an expert in Agile Program Management, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to optimize performance.
- Responsible for making informed decisions that drive team success.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Develop solutions to complex problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
- Facilitate open communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile practices effectively.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions to drive team engagement and collaboration.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools to track progress and manage workflows.
