Business Development Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will participate in rotational assignments across different departments, gaining broad business understanding and developing managerial skills.

  • Gaining broad business understanding by participating in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., sales/Presales/Marketing).
  • Assisting department managers in daily operations and project execution.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Attending training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop managerial skills.
  • Supporting management in strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Contributing ideas for business growth and innovation.
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different environments.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and business software.
