Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to drive client engagement and close high-value real estate deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales—from the first point of contact to site visits, negotiations, and final closure.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively connect with potential leads and clients via calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, or referrals.
Explain project details clearly and persuasively to generate client interest.
Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing properties with in-depth knowledge and confidence.
Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication for conversion.
Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth post-sale processes.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
